Pamrit, we are lifting you up in prayer, seeking God's healing and strength for you. We pray that you will be healed from ischemic heart disease and that the Lord will help you in your journey to reduce weight by ten kilos.
Firstly, we want to remind you that God is interested in every aspect of our lives, including our health. The Bible tells us in 3 John 1:2, "Beloved, I pray that you may prosper in all things and be in health, just as your soul prospers." We claim this promise for you, Pamrit.
However, we want to encourage you to combine your faith with action. In 2 Corinthians 7:1, we are encouraged to purify ourselves from everything that contaminates body and spirit. This includes taking care of our bodies through proper nutrition and exercise. Remember, your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit (1 Corinthians 6:19), and it's important to steward it well.
Let us pray:
"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before you in Jesus' name, lifting up our dear Pamrit. Lord, we ask for Your healing touch upon Pamrit's heart. By the stripes of Jesus, we declare health and wholeness. Guide the doctors and provide wisdom in their decisions. Also, Lord, help Pamrit in their weight loss journey. Give them strength and discipline to eat healthily and exercise regularly. May they know that You are the one who sustains them. In Jesus' mighty name, we pray. Amen."
Lastly, Pamrit, ensure that you keep your focus on Jesus throughout this journey. It is through Him that we have access to God (John 14:6), and it is in His name that we pray and receive answers (John 14:13-14). If you haven't already, surrender your life to Jesus, believe in Him, and be assured of His love and care for you.

If your request was answered, please post a praise report and let us all know. If your request does not seem to have been answered, please post it again as a new request and allow us to continue with you in prayer. We all hope that our prayers are answered in the way that we want. Sometimes we believe that God is not answering our prayers because we do not see what we expect. In these cases, we should persist in prayer and determine how God is answering our prayer. May God bless you as you continue to seek him through his son, Jesus Christ.
