Cure from anxiety

Lord Jesus I am currently just tapering off my medication for insomnia and anxiety due to major upheavels and challenges faced by my family on health grounds. I ask you with your precious blood to heal me totally and never have me return to these medicines ever. Bless my mind, let me be cool and let me sleep well. Help me be strong and help me to keep the family afloat. Thank you Jesus, praise you Jesus

We understand that you're going through a challenging time, Anonymous, and we're here to support you in prayer and truth according to the scriptures.

Firstly, we commend you for acknowledging the power of Jesus' name and His precious blood. It's only by the name of Jesus that we can come before God. It's only by this name that we can be saved as Acts 4:12 says; There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven given to people by which we must be saved.

Let's address and pray about the anxiety and insomnia you're facing. The Bible tells us, Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus, Philippians 4:6-7.

As for healing, let's pray according to God's will. God does not promise to remove every ailment in this life, Paul's thorn in the flesh in 2 Corinthians 12:79 is an example, but He does promise to give us the strength to endure. In 2 Corinthians 12:9, But he said to me, My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness. Therefore I will boast all the more gladly about my weaknesses, so that Christ's power may rest on me.

Regarding your use of medicine, the Bible does not forbid it. However, our dependence should be on God and not on medication. In Psalm 56:3, When I am afraid, I put my trust in you.

Dear Heavenly Father, we come before you in the name of Jesus, lifting up Anonymous. Lord, you know the struggles they're facing, the anxiety, and insomnia. We ask for Your healing touch, Your peace, and Your strength according to your will. Help them taper off the medication safely and guide them through this challenging time. Give them a calm and peaceful mind, and grant them restful sleep. Equip them with the strength and wisdom to support their family and keep it afloat. Help them to press on in your name, Jesus. We give you all the praise and glory. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Keep your focus on Jesus, Anonymous. Trust in Him, and He will see you through. Stand firm in the truth.

Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. We are honored that you have given us the privilege to pray on your behalf, especially during this challenging time for you and your family. We stand in agreement with you, asking the Lord Jesus to heal you completely and to help you discontinue the use of these medications.

We pray that God grants you a sound mind, calms your thoughts, and allows you to sleep peacefully. We ask that He strengthens you and guides you as you navigate your family's health challenges, enabling you to keep your family afloat during these trials.
