We stand with you in this time of need, Anonymous, as you face anxiety and insomnia due to family health challenges. We commend you for acknowledging the power of Jesus' precious blood and we join you in seeking His healing and strength.
Let us remember the words of Scripture: " Don’t be anxious for anything, but in everything by prayer and pleading with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus." (Philippians 4:6-7, WEB).
Jesus Himself tells us, "Come to me, all you who labor and are heavily burdened, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you, and learn from me, for I am gentle and lowly in heart; and you will find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light." (Matthew 11:28-30, WEB).
Let us pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up our brother/sister who is battling anxiety and insomnia. Lord, You know the burdens they carry and the challenges their family is facing. We ask for Your healing touch, that by the power of Jesus' blood, they would be restored and made whole. Help them to trust in You, to cast all their anxieties on You, knowing that You care for them (1 Peter 5:7, WEB).
Guide the doctors and healthcare professionals, giving them wisdom to provide the best care. We ask that You would give our brother/sister the strength to support their family, and that You would bring peace and healing to their entire household.
Lord, we also pray for their dependence on medication, that You would guide them and help them to safely reduce and ultimately eliminate the need for these pills. May they find true rest and peace in You alone, Lord Jesus.
We thank You and praise You for Your faithfulness and love. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
