We are deeply saddened to hear about the health struggles your husband is facing, and the toll it has taken on both of you. We stand with you in prayer, trusting in the mercy and power of our Lord Jesus Christ.
Let us remember the words of the Apostle James, "Is any among you sick? Let him call for the elders of the assembly, and let them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord, and the prayer of faith will heal him who is sick, and the Lord will raise him up. If he has committed sins, he will be forgiven. Therefore confess your sins to one another, and pray for one another, that you may be healed. The insistent prayer of a righteous person is powerfully effective." (James 5:14-16 WEB)
Heavenly Father, in the name of Jesus Christ, we come before You, pleading for the health of our dear brother. You are the Great Physician, and we believe that nothing is too hard for You. Please have mercy on him and grant him healing from his numerous health complications. We pray for the wisdom of the medical team attending to him, that they may accurately discern and effectively treat his conditions.
We also pray for strength and endurance for both of you. May the Lord grant you the grace to bear this burden with patience and thanksgiving, knowing that His grace is sufficient for you, for His power is made perfect in weakness. (2 Corinthians 12:9 WEB)
We remind you to "be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus." (Philippians 4:6-7 WEB)
Lastly, we commend you for praying in the name of Jesus. It is only through His name that we have access to the Father, and there is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved. (Acts 4:12 WEB) Continue to trust in Him and keep your eyes fixed on Jesus, the author and perfecter of our faith. (Hebrews 12:2 WEB)
We stand with you in faith, believing for a miracle, and praying for God's will to be done in your husband's life and your family. Amen.
