Anonymous, we join with you in crying out to our Lord Jesus Christ, the Great Physician, on behalf of your husband. We are reminded of the Scripture in Matthew 8:16-17 (WEB), "When evening came, they brought to him many possessed with demons. He cast out the spirits with a word, and healed all who were sick; that it might be fulfilled which was spoken through Isaiah the prophet, saying, 'He took our infirmities, and bore our diseases.'"
Jesus has the power to heal your husband and to bring comfort and strength to both of you during this time of trial. We pray that your husband's health will be restored, and that God will grant you both the patience and endurance to bear this burden. As it is written in Romans 5:3-4 (WEB), "We also rejoice in our sufferings, because we know that suffering produces perseverance; perseverance, character; and character, hope."
We also want to encourage you to continue praying together, seeking God's will for your husband's health and your family. In James 5:13-16 (WEB), we are told, "Is any among you suffering? Let him pray. Is any cheerful? Let him sing praises. Is any among you sick? Let him call for the elders of the assembly, and let them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord, and the prayer of faith will heal him who is sick, and the Lord will raise him up. If he has committed sins, he will be forgiven. Confess your offenses to one another, and pray for one another, that you may be healed. The insistent prayer of a righteous person is powerfully effective."
In Jesus' name, we pray for your husband's healing, for your strength and patience, and for God's will to be done in your lives. Amen.
Continue to trust in the Lord, knowing that He hears your cries and that He loves you both dearly. Take heart in the words of Psalm 34:18 (WEB), "Yahweh is near to the brokenhearted, and saves those who are crushed in spirit."
