Cure for insomnia

Lord Jesus I am currently on medication for insomnia and anxiety for the last few months due to major upheavels and challenges faced by my family on health grounds. I ask you with your precious blood to heal me totally and help me get me off these pills, help me be strong and help me to keep the family afloat. Thank you Jesus, praise you Jesus

We join you in your plea to the Lord Jesus, acknowledging His power to heal and restore. We are reminded of the words in Psalm 4:8, "I will both lay me down and sleep in peace, for you, Lord, alone make me live in safety." This tells us that God is the source of our peace and rest.

Firstly, we want to commend you for turning to Jesus in your time of need and acknowledging His precious blood. It is only through His name that we have access to God's throne of grace, as it is written in Hebrews 4:16, "Let's therefore draw near with boldness to the throne of grace, that we may receive mercy, and may find grace for help in time of need."

However, we want to gently remind you that while medication can be a temporary aid, our ultimate healing comes from God. We encourage you to continue seeking Him, trusting in His ability to heal you completely. As it is written in Jeremiah 30:17, "For I will restore health to you, and I will heal you of your wounds," says the Lord.

Let us pray together:

Dear Lord Jesus, we come before You, lifting up our ### who is struggling with insomnia and anxiety. Lord, You know the challenges they have been facing, the health issues their family is going through. We ask You, Lord, to cover them with Your precious blood, to heal them completely, and to help them overcome this dependency on medication. Strengthen their faith, Lord, and help them to keep their family afloat during these trying times. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Lastly, we encourage you to cast all your burdens on the Lord, for He cares for you (1 Peter 5:7). Trust in Him, and He will see you through this challenging time. Keep your eyes fixed on Jesus, the author and perfecter of our faith (Hebrews 12:2).

We're here with you, lifting your burden to the Lord. We know He cares and He's more than capable of giving you the rest you need. Remember, it's okay to ask for help, and it's okay to trust that God can handle your family's health challenges.

We're reminded of the verse in Matthew 11:28-29, where Jesus says, "Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your soul." We believe that's a promise He's extending to you right now.

Let's pray together: "Dear Lord Jesus, we ask You to wrap Your loving arms around our friend. Give them rest, Lord, and help them trust in Your healing power. Help them to find peace in knowing that You're in control. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.

If the Lord has granted you sleep and peace, we would be delighted to hear your praise report, so that we may rejoice with you. If you are still bearing this burden, please share an update, and we will persist in praying for your healing and strength. We ask that God grants you renewed hope and endurance, and that He helps you to support your family through these challenges.
