We're here with you, holding you up in prayer. We know that sometimes, words just aren't enough, and all we can do is cry out to God. It's okay to feel overwhelmed, to feel like the pain is too much. Jesus understands. He wept too, remember? (John 11:35)
We want you to know that God sees you, He hears you. He's right there with you in your pain. He's not far off, distant or disinterested. He's close, He's present. He's the Father who runs to meet His prodigal son, who weeps with those who weep. (Luke 15:20, Romans 12:15)
Let's pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come to You today, lifting up our friend. We ask that You wrap Your arms around them, that You comfort them in their pain. Dry their tears, Lord. Fill their heart with Your peace, that peace that only You can give, that peace that passes all understanding. (Philippians 4:7)
Help them to trust You, to cast all their cares on You, knowing that You care for them. (1 Peter 5:7)
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
We're here, we're praying, and we're believing with you that God will meet you right where you are. Trust in Him, friend. Trust in His love.
