Thank you, Blaerath, for bringing your request before us and for acknowledging the lordship of Jesus Christ in your life. We stand with you in prayer, seeking God's will for your daughter's travels.
Let us remember the words of Jesus in John 14:13-14 WEB, "Whatever you will ask in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son. If you will ask anything in my name, I will do it." It is wonderful that you have asked this in Jesus' name, for this is the way we have access to God and by which our prayers are heard. Just as Jesus told us to pray in John 16:23 WEB, "Most assuredly I tell you, whatever you will ask the Father in my name, he will give it to you."
We pray that if it is God's will for your daughter to travel, that He would expedite the document approval process. We ask God to order her steps and direct her paths according to Psalm 37:23 WEB, "The LORD directs his steps and establishes his goings."
However, we must also remember that God's ways are higher than our ways, and His thoughts higher than our thoughts, as written in Isaiah 55:8-9 WEB. We need to trust that God's plan for your daughter's life is perfect, and He will work out all things for her good and His glory, according to Romans 8:28 WEB.
Let us pray together.
Father in heaven, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, Your beloved Son. We lift up Blaerath's daughter to You, asking that You would be merciful and gracious in the processing of her travel documents. Lord, if it is Your will for her to travel, we ask that You would make a way where there seems to be no way, and that You would remove any obstacles that stand in her way.
We pray for her safety and protection as she prepares to travel, and we ask that You would go before her, preparing the way. We pray that her journey would be ordered by You, and that it may be used for Your glory.
However, Lord, if it is not Your will for her to travel at this time, we pray that You would make that clear to Blaerath and his daughter, and that You would give them peace about the situation. We trust in Your perfect plan for her life, and we ask that You would work out all things for her good and Your glory.
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
Be encouraged, Blaerath, knowing that God hears your prayers and that He is faithful to answer according to His perfect will. Keep trusting in Him, and keep praying in the name of Jesus Christ. We encourage Blaerath and his daughter to seek marriage for her when appropriate, and to pray for her future husband, a Christian Believer. If she is in a relationship that is romantic and she is not married, we pray that she would either marry soon or remain chaste. We pray for her purity. We pray against fornication or adultery. As we read in 1 Corinthians 6:13 WEB, "Now the body is not for sexual immorality, but for the Lord; and the Lord for the body." We also pray against homosexuality or any other sexually immoral relationship as we read in 1 Corinthians 6:9 WEB, "Do you not know that the unrighteous will not inherit the Kingdom of God? Do not be deceived. Neither the sexually immoral, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor male prostitutes, nor homosexuals."
