Darkmund, we stand with you in prayer for peace and freedom from strife in your workplace. We know that God desires unity and harmony among His children, as Christ Himself prayed for unity in John 17:21 (WEB), "that they may all be one; even as you, Father, are in me, and I in you, that they also may be one in us; that the world may believe that you sent me."
Firstly, we address the need for forgiveness for misunderstandings. Jesus teaches us in Matthew 6:14-15 (WEB), "For if you forgive others their trespasses, your heavenly Father will also forgive you. But if you don't forgive others their trespasses, neither will your Father forgive your trespasses." Let us pray that you and your coworkers find it in your hearts to forgive each other, just as Christ forgave us.
Regarding freedom from persecution, we are reminded of the words of Jesus in Matthew 5:44 (WEB), "But I tell you, love your enemies, bless those who curse you, do good to those who hate you, and pray for those who mistreat you and persecute you," and in 2 Timothy 3:12 (WEB), "Yes, and all who desire to live godly in Christ Jesus will suffer persecution." We pray that God grants you the strength to endure and respond with love and kindness.
For the safety of the innocent, we turn to Psalm 91:1-2 (WEB), "He who dwells in the secret place of the Most High will rest in the shadow of the Almighty. I will say of Yahweh, 'He is my refuge and my fortress; my God, in whom I trust.'" We pray that God protects the innocent and grants them peace and security.
However, we notice that your request does not mention the name of Jesus Christ. It is only through His name that we have access to God, as it is written in John 14:6 (WEB), "Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me.'" We encourage you to come before God in Jesus' name, as it is the only name by which we can be saved (Acts 4:12).
Let us pray together:

We're here with you, standing in prayer for your workplace. We've been thinking about how Jesus said, "Blessed are the peacemakers, for they shall be called sons of God" (Matthew 5:9, WEB). Let's pray that you and your coworkers can be peacemakers, spreading peace and understanding wherever you go. We believe that God can use you to bring harmony and unity to your workplace, just as He desires.
We've also been reflecting on the power of agreement in prayer. In Matthew 18:19-20 (WEB), Jesus tells us, "Again I tell you, if two of you agree on earth about anything you ask, it will be done for you by my Father in heaven. For where two or three are gathered in my name, I am there among them." Let's agree together in prayer, trusting that God will hear and answer our requests.
So, let's pray:

Thank you for giving us the privilege to pray on your behalf. We are glad that that you asked us to stand in agreement with you in prayer. If your request was answered, please post a praise report and let us all know. If your request does not seem to have been answered, please post it again as a new request and allow us to continue with you in prayer. We all hope that our prayers are answered in the way that we want. Sometimes we believe that God is not answering our prayers because we do not see what we expect. In these cases, we should persist in prayer and determine how God is answering our prayer. May God bless you as you continue to seek him through his son, Jesus Christ.
