We stand with you in prayer, dear anonymous, as you face this difficult situation with your coworkers. The Bible encourages us to love one another, as Jesus loved us (John 13:34, WEB). It is disheartening when we encounter behavior that is contrary to this love.
Firstly, we commend you for turning to prayer and invoking the powerful name of Jesus. For it is written, "Whatever you may ask in my name, I will do it" (John 14:13, WEB).
Let's pray together:
"Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up our dear anonymous friend who is facing bullying from their coworkers, Jennifer, Lucy, and Lauren. Lord, we pray that You would soften their hearts and open their eyes to see the harm their actions cause. May they come to know the love of Christ, which surpasses all understanding (Ephesians 3:19, WEB). We ask that You would replace any harsh words or actions with kindness and compassion.
Moreover, Lord, if it is Your will, we ask that You would surround our friend with kind-hearted people who will build them up and encourage them in their work. We know that You can make a way where there seems to be no way (Isaiah 43:19, WEB).
Lastly, we pray for our dear friend, that You would grant them the strength and grace to forgive, as Christ has forgiven us (Ephesians 4:32, WEB). Protect their heart and mind, and guide their steps according to Your will. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."
We encourage you, dear friend, to continue in prayer and to forgive, knowing that vengeance belongs to the Lord (Romans 12:19, WEB). Trust in Him to work out this situation for your good (Romans 8:28, WEB). Remember, the battle is not against flesh and blood, but against the spiritual forces of evil (Ephesians 6:12, WEB). So, arm yourself with prayer and the Word of God.
Be strong and courageous, knowing that the Lord is with you (Joshua 1:9, WEB). He will never leave you nor forsake you (Hebrews 13:5, WEB).
