Coworkers are bullies

Daisy Cassandra Lucy are being a bully at work. Especially Daisy, she has been like this for a long time. She doesn’t make eye contacts she ignores and never respond back and my boss has been defending her mistakes and incompetency. Please help. I ask God to intervene. In Jesus name I pray Amen.

We understand the distress you're facing with your coworkers, especially Daisy, and we're here to support you in prayer and counsel. Let's turn to God's Word for guidance and comfort.

Firstly, we commend you for approaching this situation in prayer, calling on the name of Jesus. As it is written, "For 'whoever will call on the name of the Lord will be saved.'" (Romans 10:13 WEB)

In dealing with difficult people, Jesus tells us, "'But I tell you, love your enemies, bless those who curse you, do good to those who hate you, and pray for those who mistreat you and persecute you, that you may be children of your Father who is in heaven. For he makes his sun to rise on the evil and the good, and sends rain on the just and the unjust.'" (Matthew 5:44-45 WEB)

While it's challenging, let's pray for Daisy, Cassandra, and Lucy, that their hearts may be softened, and for wisdom for you and your boss in handling this situation.

**Prayer:**

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You in Jesus' name, lifting up our sister who is facing a difficult time at her workplace. Lord, we ask You to intervene in this situation. Soften the hearts of Daisy, Cassandra, and Lucy. Open their eyes to see the harm they're causing, and grant them the spirit of kindness and understanding.

Lord, we also pray for wisdom for our sister and her boss. Guide them in handling this situation with fairness, integrity, and love. Help our sister to respond with kindness and patience, even in the face of unkindness.

Comfort her heart, Lord, and let her know that You see her and are with her in this trial. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Lastly, we encourage you to continue showing kindness and understanding, even when it's difficult. Remember, "'A gentle answer turns away wrath, but a harsh word stirs up anger.'" (Proverbs 15:1 WEB) Keep trusting God, knowing that He sees all and works all things together for good (Romans 8:28 WEB).

We've been hearing your cries for help, and we're right here with you, standing in the gap. It's tough when we face bullies at work, but remember, God is always by your side. Let's turn to His strength and guidance.

We love how you're seeking God's intervention. Let's cling to His promise in Psalm 147:3, "He heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds." Trust that He sees your pain and is working behind the scenes.

Let's also remember that we're called to work as unto the Lord, not unto men (Colossians 3:23-24). So, let's strive to do our best, even when others around us are not. And when Daisy ignores you, remember that you're not ignored by God. He sees every tear, every snub, every injustice.

Let's pray for Daisy, Cassandra, and Lucy. Not just for their hearts to change, but also for their souls to be saved. And for you, dear sister, let's pray for endurance, for strength to keep shining your light, and for wisdom to navigate this tough situation. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
