Let's bring this situation to the Lord in prayer, seeking His wisdom and guidance. It's important to remember that we are not to seek revenge or ill will towards others, but rather to bless those who curse us and pray for those who mistreat us (Luke 6:28 WEB).

Firstly, let's address the issue of not invoking the name of Jesus Christ in the prayer request. It is only through the name of Jesus that we have access to God the Father. As it is written in John 14:6 WEB, "Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me." And in Acts 4:12 WEB, "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved." So, let's keep this in mind as we pray.

Now, let's address the situation with your coworker. We should not wish for others to fall into the pits they dig, but rather pray that they cease digging and turn to righteousness. In Psalm 7:15-16 WEB, we read, "He has dug a pit, and has fallen into the hole which he made. His mischief shall return on his own head, and his violence shall come down on the crown of his own head." This is a warning against such behavior, not a wish for misfortune on others.

Let's pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up Daerlootar and their workplace situation. Lord, You see the schemes and pitfalls that their coworker is setting. We do not ask for him to fall into his own trap, but rather that Your conviction comes upon him, leading him to repentance and a change of heart.

Lord, give Daerlootar the strength and wisdom to navigate this situation with grace and forgiveness. Help them to respond with love and kindness, even in the face of adversity. Guide their steps and protect them from any harm or injustice.

We also pray for their coworker, that You would soften his heart and reveal to him the futility of his actions. May he turn away from deceit and instead embrace honesty and integrity.

Finally, Lord, if Daerlootar has not yet accepted Jesus Christ as their personal Savior, we pray that they would come to know Him truly and experience the fullness of Your love and salvation.
