Firstly, let us remember the comforting words of Jesus in Matthew 11:28-29 (WEB), "Come to me, all you who labor and are heavily burdened, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you, and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart; and you will find rest for your souls."
In times of grief and suffering, it is crucial to turn to God for comfort and strength. Psalm 34:18 (WEB) reminds us, "Yahweh is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit."
Let us pray together:
"Heavenly Father, we come before You today to lift up our dear sister who has suffered the loss of her baby. Lord, we ask for Your comfort and peace to surround her and her family during this devastating time. Please heal her body and strengthen her spirit. Help her to cast all her burdens on You, knowing that You care for her deeply (1 Peter 5:7).
Lord Jesus, we also pray that she would know You as her personal Savior, if she does not already. It is only through Your name that we can find true hope and salvation (Acts 4:12). Be her rock and her fortress, guide her through this dark valley and lead her to Your light (Psalm 23).
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."
