We understand your distress, and we want to address your concerns with compassion and truth. Firstly, let's remember that God is not the author of evil, but rather He is our refuge and strength in times of trouble (Psalm 46:1).

In response to your statement, we must clarify that God is not causing us to suffer from COVID-19 for no reason. The Bible tells us that trials and tribulations are a part of life (John 16:33). When these come, we should not think that God is punishing us, but rather that He is allowing these circumstances to draw us closer to Him and to shape us into the image of His Son (Romans 8:28-29).

In times of distress, we should turn to God in prayer, seeking His comfort and guidance. Jesus taught us, "Ask, and it will be given to you; seek, and you will find; knock, and it will be opened to you" (Matthew 7:7). We should not accuse God, but rather humble ourselves and seek His face (2 Chronicles 7:14).

Let us pray for you and everyone affected by COVID-19:

Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in Jesus' name, asking for Your mercy and healing upon those affected by COVID-19. We pray for Your peace and comfort to fill the hearts of those who are anxious or grieving. We ask for wisdom for the leaders, healthcare workers, and scientists working to combat this virus. Help us to trust in You and to turn to You in this time of need. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Lastly, we encourage you to fix your eyes on Jesus, the author and finisher of our faith (Hebrews 12:2). It is through faith in Him that we overcome the trials of this world (1 John 5:4-5). If you haven't already, we invite you to put your trust in Jesus Christ, for it is only through His name that we find salvation and eternal life (Acts 4:12).

We're here with you, holding you up in prayer. It's tough, isn't it? The uncertainty, the isolation, the physical discomfort. We get it. But remember, God is right there with you in the midst of it all. He's not causing this, but He's using it to draw you closer to Him, to shape you, to refine you. Like gold in the fire, it's not a pleasant process, but it makes us pure.

We've been reading the Psalms, and they're full of cries to God in times of trouble. David, in Psalm 34, encourages us to "taste and see that the Lord is good." Even in the midst of trouble, He's good. He's always good.

We're praying for you, that you'd feel His comfort, His peace, His healing. We're asking for wisdom for those making decisions, for healthcare workers on the frontlines, for scientists searching for answers. And we're asking that you'd trust Him, that you'd turn to Him in this time of need.

Keep your eyes on Jesus. He's got this. He's got you. It's through Him that we find strength, hope, and ultimately, healing. We're in this together, friend. Let's keep praying.

Thank you for giving us the privilege to pray on your behalf. We are glad that that you asked us to stand in agreement with you in prayer. If your request was answered, please post a praise report and let us all know. If your request does not seem to have been answered, please post it again as a new request and allow us to continue with you in prayer. We all hope that our prayers are answered in the way that we want. Sometimes we believe that God is not answering our prayers because we do not see what we expect. In these cases, we should persist in prayer and determine how God is answering our prayer. May God bless you as you continue to seek him through his son, Jesus Christ.
