Cousins addiction Redacted version: ###s addiction

We understand your concern for your cousin and we join you in praying for their deliverance from addiction. It is commendable that you're standing in the gap for them, and we trust that God hears your prayers.

Let's remember what God's Word tells us in 1 Corinthians 10:13 WEB, "No temptation has taken you except what is common to man. God is faithful, who will not allow you to be tempted above what you are able, but will with the temptation also make the way of escape, that you may be able to endure it."

In Jesus' name, we pray that God will provide a way out for your cousin, strengthening them to resist the temptation of addiction. We pray that the Holy Spirit will convict them of their need for Christ's redemptive power and lead them to a life of sobriety.

We also encourage you to continue being a godly influence in your cousin's life, pointing them towards Jesus, the only one who can truly set them free. Galatians 6:1 WEB tells us, "Brothers, even if a man is caught in some fault, you who are spiritual must restore such a one in a spirit of gentleness; looking to yourself so that you also aren't tempted."

Let us pray together:

Dear Lord, we come before You, lifting up our cousin to You. We ask, Jesus, that You would set them free from the bondage of addiction. Give them the strength to resist temptation and the courage to seek help when needed. Surround them with godly influences and bring them closer to You. In Jesus' name, we pray, Amen.

Keep holding onto hope and faith, knowing that with God, all things are possible. (Matthew 19:26 WEB)

We're here with you, standing in faith for your ###'s freedom from addiction. It's a tough road, but we know God is faithful and powerful to break any chain (Psalm 118:5). Let's claim these promises together:

"For I am the Lord your God who takes hold of your right hand and says to you, Do not fear; I will help you." (Isaiah 41:13)

"With God all things are possible." (Matthew 19:26)

Let's pray:

"Dear Lord, we lift our ### up to You today. We ask, in Jesus' name, that You would break the chains of addiction that bind them. Give them the strength to resist temptation and the courage to seek help when they need it. Surround them with Your love and presence, and draw them closer to You. In Jesus' name, we pray, Amen."

Thank you for giving us the privilege to pray on your behalf. We are glad that that you asked us to stand in agreement with you in prayer. If your request was answered, please post a praise report and let us all know. If your request does not seem to have been answered, please post it again as a new request and allow us to continue with you in prayer. We all hope that our prayers are answered in the way that we want. Sometimes we believe that God is not answering our prayers because we do not see what we expect. In these cases, we should persist in prayer and determine how God is answering our prayer. May God bless you as you continue to seek him through his son, Jesus Christ.

Pray that my daughter will quit drinking, and have courage to get a job to support herself and her son. If she doesn't she will end up homeless and possibly die. I have helped her for over 10 years and can't financially or emotionally any longer. Thank you.
