Gairaire, we understand that you are seeking prayer for a court case to be dismissed. We want to remind you that God is sovereign over all things, including the legal system. We encourage you to trust in His will and to pray for His guidance and wisdom throughout this process.
Firstly, we want to emphasize the importance of praying in the name of Jesus Christ. It is only through His name that we have access to God the Father and it is only through faith and belief in the name of Jesus that we can be saved.
For there is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved. Acts 4:12 WEB.
In all circumstances, we are called to pray and seek God's will. Even in this situation, we encourage you to pray for God's will to be done, rather than specifically for the case to be dismissed. God may have a different purpose in this trial, and we trust that He will work all things together for good for those who love Him and are called according to His purpose.
For we know that all things work together for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose. Romans 8:28 WEB.
We also encourage you to examine your heart and actions, and to ensure that you are conducting yourself with integrity and righteousness. If there is any sin in your life, we urge you to repent and turn away from it, seeking God's forgiveness and mercy.
He who conceals his sins doesn't prosper, but whoever confesses and renounces them finds mercy. Proverbs 28:13 WEB.

Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You today in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up ### and their court case to You. Lord, we ask for Your will to be done in this situation, and for Your guidance and wisdom to be upon ### throughout this process. We pray that You would comfort and strengthen them during this time, and that You would grant them peace and patience as they wait for the outcome.
Lord, if there is any sin in ###'s life, we ask that You would reveal it to them and grant them the grace to repent and turn away from it. We pray that You would forgive them and have mercy on them, and that You would remember their sins no more.
We also pray for the judges, lawyers, and all those involved in the case, that You would guide them and give them wisdom and discernment. We ask that You would use this situation for Your glory, and that Your will would be done on earth as it is in heaven.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
