Court Case - Prayer for reduced charge

was arrested in august of last year . I forgot my lights on coming home and they stopped me and charged me with a dui and a refusal to blow. I was working late as I was a waitress at the time and after work my colleagues and I had a few drinks. I did drink but I wasn’t drunk and erratic on or did I cause any harm . I just forgot my lights . I am congenitally blind in my left eye and can’t balance well at all I tried doing the road test but I can’t walk in a straight line for no way on earth. They did me tthe same thing e years ago . I came close to a curb I never hit it or hit anything itvwas COVID and they tried to charge me with a dui . Now they are trying to charge me again with a dui and a refusal to blow even though I said I would and tried several times to but I can’t Sue to my asthma in addition I couldn’t do it 3 years ago either . I have 3 doctor letters I supplied but they still want to charge me.I can’t get work cause the case is pending the prosecutir doesn’t want auto budge .My lawyer says time is my friend it’s been for 8 months . I’’they tried to suspend my licence but the dmv honored the doctors lessons and gave me back my lilicense.Really I’m just asking god to forgive me itvwas a honest mistake forgetting my lights and I probably should not of gone !75 I will never do it again so I’m just asking good to please get this case dismissed or the best outcome no dui because it willl really ruin my path to pharmacy school. I’m just asking for your prayers please. Tomorrow is the pre- trial conference it is one of the chances the prosecutor has to reduce the charge to reckless driving. But he still wants to give me a DUI please pray for me that the charge gets reduced. I’m not asking for a dismissal I understand my error just need the charge reduced so it does not affect my future endeavors for school also have no job because of all of this and costing a lot of money for my fiancé and me . I believe in my Jesus and I know he will see me through thank you and God Blessyou

We pray for wisdom for the authorities involved, that they may act with justice and compassion. We ask, Lord, if it is Your will, that the charges be reduced, sparing Aeftalend's future opportunities.

Lord, we also pray for Aeftalend's peace and strength during this trial. Comfort her, Father, and guide her through this process. We ask for Your provision, as the financial burden has been substantial.

Father, we thank You for Your unfailing love and faithfulness. We trust that You will see Aeftalend through this, growing her faith and bringing glory to Your name. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."

Lastly, remember the encouragement from Philippians 4:6-7 (WEB), "In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus." Trust in God, and He will see you through.
