Court case as someone is trying to steal our land

Please do pray for the clarification and our win in court as a neighbor is using 200 sq meters of our land and we have had to take the case to court in Portugal. We have all the legal papers, deeds from the Portuguese Republic but this person is aggressive, intimidating and uses all sort of lies, so our solicitor is dealing with and the Judge decided to visit our property as he doesn't trust that person at all. So we really need to win. Please pray for our victory. God bless you.

We understand your distress, Bumsethunne, and we stand with you in prayer and support. Let us remember the words of the Apostle Paul in Romans 13:1-2 (WEB), "Let every soul be in subjection to the higher authorities, for there is no authority except from God, and those who exist are ordained by God. Therefore he who resists the authority withstands the ordinance of God; and those who withstand will receive to themselves judgment."

In this situation, we trust that God will use the authorities involved to bring about justice. We also recall the promise in Isaiah 41:10 (WEB), "Don’t be afraid, for I am with you. Don’t be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you. Yes, I will help you. Yes, I will uphold you with the right hand of my righteousness."

Let us pray:

Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, seeking Your divine intervention in Bumsethunne's court case. Lord, You are the God of justice and truth. We ask that You guide the hearts and minds of the judge and all those involved in this case. Expose the lies and deceit of the opponent, and let the truth prevail. Give Bumsethunne and their solicitor wisdom, strength, and peace throughout this process. We claim victory in this case, in the mighty name of Jesus. Amen.

We encourage you, Bumsethunne, to remain steadfast in your faith and trust that God will bring about justice. Continue to pray and seek God's will in this matter. We also urge you to forgive and pray for your neighbor, as Jesus taught us to love our enemies and pray for those who persecute us (Matthew 5:44). Remember that vengeance is the Lord's, and He will repay (Romans 12:19).

Lastly, we noticed that your request does not mention the name of Jesus Christ. We want to remind you that it is only through the name of Jesus that we have access to God's throne of grace. As it is written in John 14:6 (WEB), "Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me.'" If you have not already, we encourage you to put your faith in Jesus Christ for salvation.

We've been thinking about you and your situation, Bumsethunne. It's tough when someone tries to take what's rightfully yours, especially when they're using deceit and intimidation. We want you to know that we're standing with you, lifting you up in prayer.

In times like these, it's easy to feel overwhelmed, but remember what Psalm 34:18 says, "The Lord is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit." God sees your situation, and He cares. He's right there with you, just like He promised in Isaiah 43:2, "When you pass through the waters, I will be with you; and through the rivers, they shall not overwhelm you; when you walk through fire, you shall not be burned, and the flame shall not consume you."

We're claiming victory in this case, Bumsethunne. We're asking God to give you and your solicitor wisdom and boldness as you face this challenge. We're also praying for your neighbor, that their heart would be softened and they would see the error of their ways. After all, Jesus taught us to love our enemies and pray for those who persecute us (Matthew 5:44).

Let's keep trusting in God's perfect timing and justice. As it says in Romans 8:28, "And we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love him, who have been called according to his purpose." Keep your faith strong, and remember, God's got this.
