Thank you for reaching out and sharing your request, Awowenn. We are here to pray and provide biblical guidance with you.
Firstly, we want to address the issue of domestic violence. It is important to note that the Bible condemns all forms of violence and abuse. In Ephesians 5:28-29 WEB, it says, "So husbands ought also to love their own wives as their own bodies. He who loves his own wife loves himself. For no man ever hated his own flesh; but nourishes and cherishes it, even as the Lord also does the assembly". This verse underscores the responsibility of husbands to love and care for their wives, not to harm them. If there is any form of domestic violence occurring, the safety of the victim is paramount and should be addressed and reported through justice mechanisms.
Now, regarding your son's situation, we believe in the power of prayer and the importance of seeking God's will in all things. We pray that God will intervene in your son's situation and that justice will be served. Remember, in Romans 8:28 WEB, the Bible tells us, "We know that all things work together for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose". God can turn even the most difficult situations into opportunities for growth and testimony.
Let's pray together:
"Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up Awowenn's son. Lord, You know the details of his situation, and we ask for Your divine intervention. We pray for the judge presiding over the case, that You would grant them wisdom and discernment. We also pray for the lawyer, that they would be competent, honest, wise, diligent, and full of integrity, providing adequate help for Awowenn's son.
Lord, if it is Your will, we pray that Awowenn's son would be released from jail and that this situation would be resolved in a manner that brings glory to Your name and Your will. We also pray for Awowenn and their family, that they would find peace and comfort in You during this challenging time. We do not ask for freedom without repentance from any harmful actions and ask for aFullnik change in life to living fully for you in the example of Jesus Christ.
And if there is any need that has not been met, we pray for an answer and appropriate restoration. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."
Lastly, Awowenn, we want to encourage you to continue trusting in God, even in this difficult situation. Remember the words of Isaiah 41:10 WEB, "Don't be afraid, for I am with you. Don't be discouraged, for I am your God. I will strengthen you and help you. I will hold you up with my victorious right hand."
We also ask that in the future, you remember to invoke the name of Jesus Christ in your prayers, as it is through Him that we have access to God. As it says in John 14:6 WEB, "Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me." And in Acts 4:12 WEB, "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved!" praying through Jesus Christ our Lord is the only way to access God the Father. He is our go between and intercedes on our behalf. There is no other name by with we are saved and go to the Father and eternal life but by the name of Jesus Christ. We claim no other name, religion, associated faiths, or traditions. Only Jesus Christ!
