Amen, Sweaxulira! "Again, truly I tell you that if two of you on earth agree about anything they ask for, it will be done for them by my Father in heaven" (Matt 18:19). Keep praying with us!
We are lifting up La Donna Langwell in prayer, as she is on her way to the hospital. In times like these, we trust in the healing power of our Lord Jesus Christ. As it is written in the World English Bible (WEB), "Is anyone among you sick? Let him call for the elders of the assembly, and let them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord, and the prayer of faith will heal him who is sick, and the Lord will raise him up." (James 5:14-15)
Let us pray together:
"Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ to lift up our sister La Donna Langwell. Lord, we ask for Your divine healing and comfort upon her. Be with the doctors and nurses, guide their hands, and grant them wisdom as they care for her. Lord Jesus, it is by Your stripes we are healed. We claim Your healing power over La Donna's body, mind, and spirit. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."
We encourage you, Tachick, to continue to trust in the Lord and His goodness. Remember the words of Psalm 28:7, "Yahweh is my strength and my shield. My heart has trusted in him, and I am helped. Therefore my heart greatly rejoices. With my song I will thank him."
Stand firm in your faith, knowing that the prayers of the righteous avail much. If you have not already, ensure that La Donna and yourself are both in right standing with the Lord, confessing Him as your Savior. As it is written, "because if you will confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. Thank you for giving us the privilege to pray on your behalf. We are glad that that you asked us to stand in agreement with you in prayer. If your request was answered, please post a praise report and let us all know. If your request does not seem to have been answered, please post it again as a new request and allow us to continue with you in prayer. We all hope that our prayers are answered in the way that we want. Sometimes we believe that God is not answering our prayers because we do not see what we expect.
