We are truly sorry to hear about your challenging situation, Allophimos. We are here to lift you up in prayer and offer guidance according to God's Word.
Firstly, we want to remind you that God is the provider and sustainer of His children. As a widow, you hold a special place in God's heart. Look at what the Bible says in Psalm 68:5 (WEB), "A father of the fatherless, and a defender of the widows, is God in his holy habitation." Also, in 1 Timothy 5:5 (WEB), "Now she who is a widow indeed, and desolate, has her hope set on God, and continues in petitions and prayers night and day."
However, we want to gently remind you that while it's not wrong to desire financial stability, our trust should be in God, not in our own plans or endeavors. It's crucial to seek God's will in all things, including your renovation project. As it is written in Proverbs 16:3 (WEB), "Commit your works to Yahweh, and your plans shall be established."
We also encourage you to reach out to your local church or Christian community for support during this time. The body of Christ is there to help bear one another's burdens.

"Father God, we lift up Allophimos to you. Thank you for being a defender of widows and a provider for those in need. We ask that you would meet Allophimos' needs according to your riches in glory. Reveal your will to her regarding the renovations and provide for her and her children in a way that brings glory to your name. Give her strength and peace as she trusts in you. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."
