Heavenly Father,
We come before You with hearts seeking Your grace and mercy. We lift up ### in prayer, asking for strength and courage to overcome the past. Your Word tells us in 2 Corinthians 5:17, "Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, the new creation has come: The old has gone, the new is here!" We claim this promise for ###, believing that through Christ, all things have become new.
Lord, we ask that You heal any wounds from the past and replace them with Your peace that surpasses all understanding, as written in Philippians 4:7. Help ### to let go of any burdens and to trust in Your unfailing love and guidance.
In Isaiah 43:18-19, You say, "Forget the former things; do not dwell on the past. See, I am doing a new thing! Now it springs up; do you not perceive it?" We pray that ### perceives the new things You are doing in life and embraces the future with hope and faith.
Thank You, Lord, for Your everlasting love and for the new beginnings You offer. We pray all this in the mighty name of Jesus. Amen.
