We are truly sorry to hear about the struggles you've been facing with restlessness and feelings of suffocation, especially during the summer months. We understand that this has been a long-term issue for you, and it must be incredibly challenging, especially as a single parent with responsibilities for your son. We are here to pray with you and offer some biblical encouragement.
Firstly, we want to remind you that God cares about every detail of our lives, including our sleep and rest. In Psalm 127:2, it is written, "It is vain for you to rise up early, to sit up late, to eat the bread of sorrows: for so he giveth his beloved sleep." God wants us to have rest, and He wants to help us in our time of need.
We also want to encourage you to cast all your anxieties on Him, as it says in 1 Peter 5:7, "casting all your worries on him, because he cares for you." God is always there to listen and to help us through our troubles.
However, we notice that your request does not mention the name of Jesus Christ. It is only through His name that we have access to God's throne of grace. As it is written in John 14:6, "Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.'"
Let us pray for you:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You today in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our fellow believer who has been struggling with restlessness and feelings of suffocation, especially during the summer months. Father, we ask for Your healing touch upon their life. We pray that You would grant them peaceful sleep and remove any feelings of anxiety or restlessness.
We also pray for their role as a single parent. Give them the strength, wisdom, and patience needed to raise their son in a godly manner. We ask that You would provide for all their needs, both physically and spiritually.
We pray all these things in the precious name of Jesus Christ, who is the only way to You. We thank You for hearing our prayers. In Jesus name, we pray. Amen.
Lastly, we would like to gently remind you that it is only through faith in Jesus Christ and not any other name by which we are saved. We can only go to God in prayer through the name of Jesus Christ. It is only through Him that we are saved and can approach God.
