We understand your concern about corruption and the need for protection and rest. We live in a world that is indeed corrupt, but as believers, we are called to be lights in this darkness. Let us first address the issue of corruption and the temptations that come with it.
The Bible tells us in
1 John 2:15-17 WEB:
"Do not love the world or the things in the world. If anyone loves the world, the Father's love is not in him. For all that is in the world, the lust of the flesh, the lust of the eyes, and the pride of life, isn't the Father's, but is the world's. The world is passing away with its lusts, but he who does God's will remains forever."
We must be vigilant and discerning, ensuring that our affections and attentions are not bought or swayed by worldly gains. Let us pray that God grants you the strength to stand against any form of corruption and the wisdom to discern right from wrong.
Now, regarding your prayer for protection, we find comfort in
Psalm 91:1-2 WEB:
"He who dwells in the secret place of the Most High will rest in the shadow of the Almighty. I will say of Yahweh, 'He is my refuge and my fortress; my God, in whom I trust.'"
Let us pray that God covers you with His feathers, and under His wings you find refuge. That His faithfulness is your shield and rampart.
Concerning your need for good sleep, we find peace in
Psalm 4:8 WEB:
"I will both lay me down in peace, and sleep; for you, Yahweh alone, make me live in safety."
We pray that God grants you the peace and rest you need. That He quiets your mind and gives you peaceful sleep, knowing that He is in control. Our God neither slumbers nor sleeps.
Finally, we commend you for ending your prayer with "Lord Jesus," acknowledging that it is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God. As it is written in

"Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me.'"

"Father in heaven, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ. We ask that You protect Your child from the corruption of this world. Grant them the strength to stand against temptations and the wisdom to discern right from wrong. We pray for Your covering and refuge upon them.
We also ask that You grant them peaceful sleep. Quiet their mind and help them rest in Your safety.

We hear your cry for protection and rest in this corrupt world. It's tough out there, but we're in this together. Let's focus on your sleep, shall we?
