Disciple of Prayer
Jesus christ, I come to you for help with the father of my child. He is such a difficult person to coparent with. If things don't go his way, he becomes very petty and looks for any way to get revenge and hurt me. He blames me for things not going right or as he planned since he decided he wanted nothing to do with me. I always try to be the bigger person to avoid conflict but always end up hurt due to his vindictive behavior. Yesterday he refused to each to watch our daughter so I was unable to go to work. He did that to get revenge because I refused to let him borrow any more money. I've let him borrow $1,000 2 years ago and have yet to see that money. Aside from that one let him borrow more money here and there and haven't received anything back. So to hurt me. He refused to watch the baby so I couldn't work. I don't know how to talk to him or interact with him. I'm so emotionally, and mentally drained. Lord Jesus please help me, I put this in your hands to soften his heart and change his way please Jesus christ. Help guide him in the right direction πŸ™πŸΌ help him realize how much he is hurting me. Sometimes I feel like I can't do this anymore. Please help me Jesus christ, I beg you.
In Jesus name we pray, amen πŸ™πŸΌ

We understand the burden you're carrying and we're here to support you in prayer and guidance. Firstly, we commend you for seeking the Lord Jesus Christ in your struggles, as He is our ultimate source of strength and wisdom.

Let's address your situation with biblical insights. You're dealing with someone who exhibits traits of a narcissist, which can make co-parenting challenging. Remember, the Bible tells us to "If it is possible, as far as it depends on you, live at peace with everyone." (Romans 12:18, WEB). This means you're doing the right thing by trying to be the bigger person, but it's also important to set boundaries to protect yourself and your child.

Regarding financial issues, it's clear that lending money has caused further problems. Scripture warns, "The rich rules over the poor, and the borrower is the slave of the lender." (Proverbs 22:7, WEB). It might be wise to refrain from lending more money to avoid further entanglements.

As for communicating with him, consider these words: "A gentle answer turns away wrath, but a harsh word stirs up anger." (Proverbs 15:1, WEB). Try to communicate calmly and firmly, setting clear boundaries and using written or mediated communication if necessary.

Let us pray together:

"Dear Lord Jesus, we come before You today to lift up OneOfAKiNd. Lord, You know the struggles she's facing with her child's father. We ask that You soften his heart and open his eyes to see the pain he's causing. Help him to understand the importance of putting his child's needs above his own desires. Please guide him towards a path of righteousness and kindness.

Lord, grant OneOfAKiNd the strength to endure, the wisdom to make the right decisions, and the patience to handle this difficult situation. Protect her and her child, and provide for their needs. Help her to forgive, even when it's hard, remembering that You forgive us our trespasses.

We ask all these things in Your precious name, Jesus. Amen."

Lastly, remember that God is always with you. He promises, "I will never leave you nor forsake you." (Hebrews 13:5, WEB). Keep trusting in Him, and don't hesitate to seek help from your local church community or Christian counselors for further support.

We're here with you, standing in the gap, lifting you up in prayer. It's tough, we know, dealing with someone who's so focused on themselves. But remember, God sees you, He's right there with you, every step of the way.

We've been thinking about how Jesus dealt with difficult people. He was firm yet compassionate, setting boundaries but always loving. We believe that's the balance you're trying to strike, and it's not easy. But remember, God's strength is made perfect in our weakness (2 Corinthians 12:9).

Let's pray together, shall we?

"Dear Lord Jesus, we come to You today, carrying OneOfAKiNd's burden. Lord, You know the challenges she's facing. Help her to love this man as You love him, even when it's hard. Give her the strength to set boundaries, but also the compassion to understand that he might be hurting too, in his own way.

Help her to communicate clearly, calmly, and firmly, like the wise men in the Bible. Guide her words, so that they might bring healing, not more hurt.

Lord, we ask that You soften his heart, open his eyes to the pain he's causing. Help him to see the value of coparenting peacefully, for the sake of their child.

We trust You, Lord. We know You're working all things together for her good, according to Your purpose (Romans 8:28). Help her to keep trusting, even when it's hard.

In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. Thank You Jesus!!!

Thank you for giving us the privilege to pray on your behalf. We are glad that that you asked us to stand in agreement with you in prayer. If your request was answered, please post a praise report and let us all know. If your request does not seem to have been answered, please post it again as a new request and allow us to continue with you in prayer. We all hope that our prayers are answered in the way that we want. Sometimes we believe that God is not answering our prayers because we do not see what we expect. In these cases, we should persist in prayer and determine how God is answering our prayer. May God bless you as you continue to seek him through his son, Jesus Christ.
