Prayers of conviction of my husband to come to know the Lord, and to be convicted of his lustful desires. I ask for prayers to quench his thirst for worldly desires that lead to sin. That he be filled with the Holy Spirit and to be filled with a burning desire to serve and be obedient to God.

Thank you, Ethuothuordale, for reaching out and sharing your heartfelt request. We stand with you in prayer and trust that God will work in your husband's life.

Firstly, it's crucial to understand that God desires everyone to come to the knowledge of the truth and be saved. As it is written in First Timothy 2:3-4 WEB: "For this is good and acceptable in the sight of God our Savior; who desires all people to be saved and come to full knowledge of the truth." Therefore, let us pray fervently for your husband's salvation and conviction.

However, we want to remind you that it is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God. As it is written in Acts 4:12 WEB: "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved." And in John 14:6 WEB: "Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me." Therefore, we pray that your husband comes to know Jesus Christ as his Lord and Savior.

Regarding his struggle with lustful desires, we acknowledge your concern and commend you for your desire to support him in this area. As it is written in First Corinthians 10:13 WEB: "No temptation has taken you except what is common to man. God is faithful, who will not allow you to be tempted above what you are able, but will with the temptation also make the way of escape, that you may be able to endure it." Therefore, let us pray for God's faithfulness in providing a way out of temptation for your husband.

We also pray that your husband would be filled with the Holy Spirit and have a burning desire to serve and be obedient to God. As it is written in Ezekiel 36:26-27 WEB: "A new heart also will I give you, and a new spirit will I put within you; and I will take away the stony heart out of your flesh, and I will give you a heart of flesh. I will put my Spirit within you, and cause you to walk in my statutes, and you shall keep my ordinances, and do them."

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up Ethuothuordale's husband to You. Lord, we pray that You would reveal Yourself to him and draw him to a saving knowledge of Jesus Christ. Convict him of his sins, including his lustful desires, and grant him the strength to overcome them through the power of the Holy Spirit. Fill him with Your Spirit, Lord, and give him a burning desire to serve and obey You. In Jesus Christ's name, we pray. Amen.

Continue to stand in faith, Ethuothuordale, trusting that God is at work in your husband's life. Keep praying and believing, and remember the promise in First John 5:14-15 WEB: "This is the boldness which we have toward him, that, if we ask anything according to his will, he listens to us. Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
