Firstly, let's address the issue of the pastor's behavior. The Bible is clear about the qualities of a spiritual leader. In 1 Timothy 3:2-3 (WEB), it is written, "The overseer therefore must be without reproach, the husband of one wife, temperate, sensible, modest, hospitable, a good teacher; not a drinker, not violent, not greedy for money, but gentle, not quarrelsome, not a lover of money." Consuming alcohol and abusive behavior are not in line with these qualities. We rebuke these actions and encourage you to seek guidance from higher authorities in the church, as this behavior is not acceptable.
Regarding your impending transfer, remember what the Apostle Paul said in Philippians 4:11-13 (WEB), "Not that I speak in respect to lack, for I have learned in whatever state I am, to be content in it. I know how to be humbled, and I know also how to abound. In everything and in all things I have learned the secret both to be filled and to be hungry, both to abound and to be in need. I can do all things through Christ, who strengthens me." God may be calling you to a new place of service. Trust in His plan and lean on His strength.

Lord, we ask that you intervene in the pastor's life, convicting him of his actions and bringing him to repentance. We pray for Sister Suja's peace and guidance as she faces this transition.
