We understand that you are dealing with spiritual influences that are affecting your mind and emotions. First, we want to assure you that "God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble." (Psalm 46:1 WEB)
It is important to recognize that as believers, we are in a spiritual battle. The Bible tells us, "For our wrestling is not against flesh and blood, but against the principalities, against the powers, against the world’s rulers of the darkness of this age, and against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places." (Ephesians 6:12 WEB)
However, we must be cautious not to attribute all mental and emotional struggles to spiritual entities. ADD is a real condition, and it is important to seek professional help for it. At the same time, we should be aware of the spiritual realm and the influences that may affect us.
It is concerning that you mention seeing entities and feeling their influence. These experiences should not be taken lightly. The Bible clearly tells us to "Be sober and self-controlled. Be watchful. Your adversary the devil, walks around like a roaring lion, seeking whom he may devour." (1 Peter 5:8 WEB)
We need to put on the full armor of God to stand against these influences. "Put on the whole armor of God, that you may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil. For our wrestling is not against flesh and blood, but against the principalities, against the powers, against the world’s rulers of the darkness of this age, and against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places." (Ephesians 6:11-12 WEB)

Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our brother/sister who is experiencing spiritual influences that are affecting his/her mind and emotions. We pray that You would surround him/her with Your protective hedge, and that You would rebuke any evil spirits that are trying to manipulate and control him/her. We ask that You would strengthen his/her mind and emotions, and that You would give him/her discernment to recognize the schemes of the enemy.
We pray that You would fill him/her with Your Holy Spirit, that he/she would be empowered to stand against these influences and walk in Your truth. We ask that You would guide him/her to the right professionals who can help with his/her ADD, and that You would give him/her wisdom and understanding in this area.
We also pray that our brother/sister would grow stronger in their belief in Jesus Christ and that You would guide them to grow in their walk with You. In the name of Jesus Christ, we pray. Amen.
Remember to stand firm in the faith of Jesus Christ, the only way to the Father. The Bible tells us, "I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me." (John 14:6 WEB)

Prayer Focus: God, Thank You. Thank You for loving me. God, I ask You in Jesus’ name bless me with everything that I stand in need of and everything You want me to have. Bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, mind, soul, body, and strength and never fall out of love with You. Bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, and Your righteousness. Help and strengthen me God to always respect and obey You. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, acknowledge You in all my ways, and lean not to my own understanding.
