Lord Jesus Christ please, help me to control my temper. Remove my negative thoughts and broaden mind set and wisely answered. Be humble and more approach attitude. Please pray for ###.

Now, let's look at what the Bible says about controlling our temper. In Proverbs 16:32 WEB, it says, "One who is slow to anger is better than the mighty; one who rules his spirit, than he who takes a city." This verse teaches us the importance of being slow to anger and having self-control.

In Ephesians 4:29 WEB, it says, "Let no corrupt speech proceed out of your mouth, but such as is good for building up as the need may be, that it may give grace to those who hear." This verse reminds us to use our words to build others up, rather than tearing them down in anger.

Let's pray together:

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our brother/sister who is struggling with controlling their temper. Lord, we ask that You fill them with Your Holy Spirit and help them to exhibit the fruit of self-control. Remove any negative thoughts and broaden their mindset. Help them to be humble and wise in their responses.

Father, we know anger is part of the old self and we should put it away. Lord, You have not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control. Help them walk in victory and forgiveness. In Jesus Christ name we pray, Amen.

Remember, Ephesians 4:26-27 WEB says, "Be angry, and don't sin. Don't let the sun go down on your wrath, neither give place to the devil." It's okay to feel angry, but it's important not to let that anger lead us into sin.

Lastly, always remember, 1 John 1:9, If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise.
