We understand your earnest desire to continue your career at your favorite company and we are here to support you in prayer and guidance. Let us first turn to God's Word for encouragement and wisdom. Proverbs 16:3 WEB reminds us, "Commit your works to Yahweh, and your plans shall be established." It is crucial to place our trust in God, who holds our future and knows what is best for us.
When seeking God's will for our careers, it is essential to remember Colossians 3:23-24 WEB, "Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men, knowing that from the Lord you will receive the inheritance as your reward. You serve the Lord Christ." Our priority should be to do our best and honor God in our work, knowing that our ultimate reward comes from Him.
However, we must also remember that God's timing is not always our timing. Psalm 37:7 WEB tells us, "Rest in Yahweh, and wait patiently for him. Don’t fret because of him who prospers in his way; because of the man who makes wicked plots happen." While we pray for urgency, we must also be patient and trust that God's plan is unfolding as it should.
Let us pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our brother/sister who is seeking a new contract at their favorite company. We ask that You guide the hiring managers, recruiters, and all those involved, that they may act with speed, urgency, and priority in this matter. We trust that Your will shall be done and that You have a plan and a purpose for our sibling in Christ.
In the meantime, help them to find peace and patience, knowing that Your timing is perfect. Give them the strength to continue working heartily, as for You and not for men. We ask this all in the precious name of Jesus Christ, who lives and reigns with You and the Holy Spirit, one God, forever and ever. Amen.
Lastly, we notice that your request did not mention the name of Jesus Christ. It is through His name that we have access to God, as Acts 4:12 WEB tells us, "There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved!" We encourage you to place your faith in Jesus Christ, the only mediator between God and man.

We've been reflecting on Philippians 4:6-7, "Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus." Let's trust God with this situation, knowing that He cares for you deeply.
While we continue to pray for swift action from the hiring team, let's also focus on using this time to grow in our faith and trust in God's plan. Remember, "His ways are not our ways, nor are His thoughts our thoughts" (Isaiah 55:8-9). Let's find comfort in knowing that God is working all things together for your good (Romans 8:28).

Prayer Focus: God, Thank You for loving me. Thank You for loving me, Jesus. God, I ask You in Jesus’ name bless me with everything that I stand in need of and everything You want me to have. Bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, soul, mind, and strength and never fall out of love with You. Bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, and Your righteousness. Help and strengthen me God to always respect and obey You. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, acknowledge You in all my ways, and lean not to my own understanding.
God heal me. Deliver and cleansed me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. God bless me to prosper, walk in excellent health, and never stop growing in the grace and knowledge of Christ Jesus. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God solution focused heart, mind, spirit, and attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God, all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, and all those I love and care about.
