We stand with you, Anonymous, in persistent prayer for God's will in M and Z's relationship. Let us come together and lift them up in the mighty and holy name of Jesus.
We are reminded of the power of forgiveness and reconciliation in God's word: "Let all bitterness, wrath, anger, outcry, and slander, be put away from you, with all malice. And be kind to one another, tenderhearted, forgiving one another, even as God also in Christ forgave you." (Ephesians 4:31-32 WEB). It is through this forgiveness that true healing can begin.
Let us pray:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus, seeking Your will in M and Z's relationship. Cover them in Your grace and mercy, Lord, and move in their hearts, overflowing with forgiveness. Help them to have the boldness to go against the ways of the world and the thought patterns that seem normal, and yield to Your word and Your directive. Heal their broken hearts, Lord, and give them joy. May they place all bitterness aside and have open hearts to what You are doing in their lives.
Your mercies are new every morning, Lord. May M and Z hear Your voice saying, "This is the way, walk in it." (Isaiah 30:21 WEB). We pray that they will seek Your face and trust in Your goodness and sovereignty.
In the name of Jesus, we ask these things, Amen.
Encourage M and Z to continue seeking God's face together, reminding them that God's will is for their good and His glory. As they walk in obedience to Him, He will direct their paths and bring healing and restoration to their relationship. If they have not already, encourage them to make Jesus the center of their relationship, as it is only through Him that true reconciliation and peace can be found.
