We understand your distress, Methilethlor, and we join you in prayer for a place to stay. Let's bring your concern before the Lord together.
Firstly, we want to commend you for acknowledging the power of Jesus' name. As it's written in Acts 4:12 (WEB), "There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men by which we must be saved!" It's in His name that we have access to the Father, and it's in His name we pray for your needs.
In Psalm 62:5-7 (WEB), it's written, "My soul, wait in silence for God alone, for my expectation is from him. He alone is my rock and my salvation, my fortress. I will not be shaken. My salvation and my honor rest on God. My strong rock, my refuge, is in God." We encourage you to continue trusting in God, as you've declared. He is your refuge and strength, and He knows your needs.
However, we would like to address the anxiety and frustration you seem to have regarding the list. In Matthew 6:25-34 (WEB), Jesus teaches us not to be anxious for tomorrow, for our heavenly Father knows our needs. Instead, we should seek first God's Kingdom and His righteousness, and all these things will be added to us. We encourage you to maintain a spirit of peace and patience, knowing that God's timing is perfect.
Let's pray together:
"Heavenly Father, we come before you in Jesus' name, lifting up Methilethlor's need for accommodation. Lord, you know their situation, and you see their distress. We ask that you intervene and provide a place for them to stay. We pray for your comfort and peace to fill their heart as they wait on you. We ask this in Jesus' name, Amen."
Continue to trust in God, Methilethlor. He is faithful, and He will meet your needs according to His glorious riches in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:19).
