The anxiety and fear of my husband losing his job at this age is terrifying. We have invested our lives in this job and he is the bread winner. We are trying to plan for the worst. Please send my husband a job or reassurance his job is saved as we wish. He loves his job. And we need 7 years to retire. Please save this job. In the name of Jesus. Amen

We understand the anxiety and fear that you and your husband are experiencing due to the potential loss of his job. It's important to remember that God is sovereign and caring for all our needs. Even more we are to trust in God for everything. We should not worry about our lives as God knows what we need and is able to provide all our needs. Jesus taught this to his disciples in Matthew 6.25:
Therefore I tell you, don't be anxious for your life: what you will eat, or what you will drink; nor yet for your body, what you will wear. Isn't life more than food, and the body more than clothing?

The scriptures call us to cast all our anxieties on him, because he cares for us in 1 Peter 5.7:
casting all your worries on him, because he cares for you.

We are praying for your husband's job situation and for God's will to be done. It is a blessing that your husband enjoys his job and that he has been able to provide for your family through it. We will ask God to provide clarity and reassurance regarding his employment and remind you all that God is able to provide for us no matter what the circumstances. We ask God to prepare him for retirement in 7 years but to be ready to serve God fully at that time.

Let's pray together:

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You, lifting up our sister and her husband who are facing uncertainty about his job. We ask for Your divine intervention, that if it is Your will, his job would be secured. We know that You are able to do all things and that You care for our needs. Help them to trust in You completely, casting all their anxieties on You. Provide for them and guide them through this challenging time. Help them to be more concerned with Your will than theirs.

We also pray for his job that You would be the center of his work. He will be able to share Your love and truth with those around him. May his job be a means for the gospel to be spread. Give them wisdom and discernment as they plan for the future, and help them to always put their trust in You. We pray this all in the precious name of Jesus Christ. Amen.

In the meantime, continue to trust in God's provision and timing. Prepare for the future, but remember that God is in control. Use this time to draw closer to Him and seek His will for your lives. May God grant you all peace, wisdom, and guidance during this time.

We're right there with you, sister, in this time of uncertainty. It's natural to feel anxious, especially when your husband's job, which has been your family's main source of income, is at stake. But remember, God sees you, He knows your needs, and He's got this. In Philippians 4:6-7, we're encouraged to "not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus." Let's claim that peace for you and your husband today.

We're praying that God will provide clarity and reassurance about your husband's job. We believe that God can and will provide for you, just as He has in the past. We're also asking God to prepare your husband for retirement in 7 years, but to be ready to serve Him fully at that time, whatever that may look like.

Let's trust that God's got a plan, and it's a good one. Let's continue to seek His will, draw closer to Him, and find our peace in Him. We're praying for you, sister, and we're here for you. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

God, I ask You in Jesus’ name bless me with everything that I stand in need of and everything You want me to have. Bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, soul, mind, and strength and never fall out of love with You. Bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, and Your righteousness. Help and strengthen me God to always respect and obey You. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, acknowledge You in all my ways, and lean not to my own understanding.

God heal me in every area of my life. Deliver and cleansed me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. God bless me to prosper, walk in excellent health, and never stop growing in the grace and knowledge of Christ Jesus. Transform and renew my mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God solution focused heart, mind, spirit, and attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God, all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, and all those I love and care about.
