We're here with you, Osvelis, standing in the gap through prayer. We've been reflecting on your situation and wanted to share some more thoughts with you.
Firstly, we're reminded of the verse in Philippians 4:6-7, "Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus." We encourage you to keep pouring out your heart to God, and trust that He's listening and will provide the peace that surpasses understanding.
Regarding your stepmother and her boyfriend, we're praying for wisdom for them both. We're asking God to give them discernment to see if their relationship aligns with His will. If not, we're trusting that God will gently guide them towards the path of righteousness, just as He promises in Jeremiah 29:11, "For I know the plans I have for you, declares the LORD, plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future."
For your living situation, we're claiming Psalm 37:25 over you, "I was young and now I am old, yet I have never seen the righteous forsaken or their children begging bread." We believe that God will provide a place for you to live, just as He has promised in His Word.
Let's continue to pray together, Osvelis:
"Dear Lord, we lift up Osvelis to You. Give them wisdom and discernment in their situation with their stepmother. Help them to trust in You, even in the midst of their distress. Lord, we ask that You would provide a place for them to live, according to Your will. Comfort them, Lord, and remind them of Your constant presence in their life. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."
We're here for you, Osvelis. Let's keep lifting each other up in prayer.
