We understand your plea and we stand with you in prayer. First, we thank God that you acknowledge Jesus and understand that it is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God. There is no other name by which we can be saved. The Bible tells us in James 5:13 that, Is any among you suffering? Let him pray. Is any cheerful? Let him sing praises.
First, know that God is with you, and He promises never to leave you nor forsake you. In Hebrews 13:5, we read God's promise, I will in no way leave you, neither will I in any way forsake you.
We see that you are experiencing emotional and mental exhaustion, and it's important to address this spiritually and practically. First, cast all your anxieties on him, because he cares for you. in 1 Peter 5:7. Also, remember that, The Lord is close to the brokenhearted, and saves those who are crushed in spirit. in Psalm 34:18.
It is good to recognize the emotional and mental battles but you need to put on the full armor of God as outlined in Ephesians 6:10-18, Finally, be strong in the Lord, and in the strength of his might. Put on the whole armor of God, that you may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil. For our wrestling is not against flesh and blood, but against the principalities, against the powers, against the world's rulers of the darkness of this age, and against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places. Therefore, put on the whole armor of God, that you may be able to withstand in the evil day, and, having done all, to stand. Stand therefore, having the utility belt of truth buckled around your waist, and having put on the breastplate of righteousness, and having fitted your feet with the preparation of the Good News of peace, above all, taking up the shield of faith, with which you will be able to quench all the fiery darts of the evil one. And take the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God; with all prayer and requests, praying at all times in the Spirit, and being watchful to this end in all perseverance and requests for all the saints:
Regarding the environment you described, remember that God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control. in 2 Timothy 1:7. It's important to focus on God's goodness and His promises rather than the distractions around you. Psalm 16:8 assures us, I have set Yahweh always before me. Because he is at my right hand, I shall not be moved.
Let us pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You, lifting up our fellow believer who is experiencing great emotional and mental strain. We thank You that You are a present help in times of trouble, and we ask for Your intervention. Strengthen them in their inner being by the power of Your Holy Spirit. Give them the power to put on the full armor of God to stand against the schemes of the devil. Help them to focus on You and Your promises, rather than the distractions and troubles around them. Surround them and their children with Your peace and protection. In Jesus' name, we pray.
Lastly, it is important to seek support from fellow believers and, if necessary, professional help to navigate through this challenging time. Keep trusting God. He will see you through this.
