We understand your need to continue working and we want to lift you up in prayer for that. Let's first remember what the Apostle Paul said in 2 Thessalonians 3:10-12, "For even when we were with you, we commanded you this: 'If anyone is not willing to work, neither let him eat.' For we hear that there are some who walk among you in rebellion, who don’t work at all, but are busybodies. Now those who are such, we command and exhort in the Lord Jesus Christ, that they work with quietness and eat their own bread."
We see that God values hard work and it is our responsibility to work quietly and provides for ourselves. Let's pray for God's strength and guidance as you continue to work.
Dear Lord, in the name of Jesus, we come before You to lift up Anonymous who is in need of continued work. We ask that You would provide them with the strength and endurance to continue their work. Guide them to the right opportunities and give them favor in their workplace. Help them to be a light for You, reflecting Your love and kindness to those around them. We trust that You have a good plan for their life and that You will provide for all their needs according to Your riches in glory in Christ Jesus.
Anonymous, we also want to encourage you to "do all things without complaining and disputing, that you may become blameless and harmless, children of God, without blemish in the midst of a crooked and perverse generation, among whom you shine as lights in the world" (Philippians 2:14-15). Remember that your work is a way to glorify God and witness to others.
Lastly, we want to remind you that it is only through Jesus Christ that we have access to God. If you haven't already, we encourage you to put your trust in Him, confessing your sins and believing in His death and resurrection for your salvation. For "there is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved" (Acts 4:12).
We are praying for you, Anonymous, and believe that God has great things in store for you as you continue to trust and obey Him.
