We understand the pain and distress you're experiencing due to the breakdown of your friendship with R. Let us stand with you in prayer, trusting in God's power to restore and heal this relationship.
Firstly, we commend you for your faith in the power of Jesus' name, as you've rightly acknowledged that it's through Him that we should pray (John 14:13-14 WEB: "Whatever you will ask in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son. If you will ask anything in my name, I will do it.").
We must also remember that our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the spiritual forces of evil (Ephesians 6:12 WEB: "For our wrestling is not against flesh and blood, but against the principalities, against the powers, against the world's rulers of the darkness of this age, and against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places."). Indeed, Satan may be trying to cause division, but God's power is greater, and we can trust in His ability to tear down these walls.
Let us pray together:
"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ. We lift up Treble and R, their friendship, and the choir to You. Lord, we know that Satan tries to divide and destroy, but You are a God who restores and reunites. Please tear down the walls that have been built, and help R to be open to communication once again. We pray for complete restoration and healing of their friendship, and that R would return to the choir, so that Your name may be glorified. We trust in Your timing, but also believe that You can work suddenly. So, we ask for a mighty move of the Holy Spirit in this situation. In Jesus' powerful name, we pray. Amen."
We encourage you to keep praying and trusting in God, as He can turn around even the most difficult situations (Matthew 19:26 WEB: "With men this is impossible, but with God all things are possible."). Also, continue to love R as Christ loves us, showing kindness and patience, which can break down barriers (1 Corinthians 13:4-7 WEB).
Lastly, encourage the choir members to pray together for R's return and for unity within the group. This collective prayer can be powerful (Matthew 18:20 WEB: "For where two or three are gathered together in my name, there I am in the middle of them.").
