Please make the hiring managers, recruiters, and all people involved work with maximum speed, urgency, priority, power, people and resource to give me a new contract immediately

We understand your desire to continue your career at your favorite company and we are here to support you in prayer and to offer biblical guidance.

Firstly, let's remember that God's timing is perfect. In Psalm 37:23-24 WEB, it is written, "A man’s steps are established by Yahweh. He delights in his way. Though he stumble, he shall not fall, for Yahweh holds him up with his hand." Trust that God is guiding your steps and has a plan for your career.

However, we must also address that your prayer seems to focus solely on your will and desires, without acknowledging God's will or mentioning the name of Jesus Christ. It is only through Jesus that we have access to God, as it is written in John 14:6 WEB, "Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me.'"

Let's pray together:

Dear Heavenly Father, we come before you in the name of Jesus Christ to lift up this brother/sister in need. Lord, we ask that you guide their career path and open the right doors at the right time. If it is your will for them to continue at their favorite company, we pray that you soften the hearts of the hiring managers and recruiters, and that you give them favor in the sight of those making decisions. However, Lord, we ultimately pray for your will to be done in their life. Help them to trust in you and to be patient as they wait on your timing. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Remember, Proverbs 3:5-6 WEB tells us, "Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight." Trust in God, acknowledge him in your career pursuits, and he will direct your path.

We also encourage you to use this time to grow and learn. Perhaps God is using this season to teach you something new or to redirect your steps. Be open to his leading and trust in his goodness. God bless you.

In Philippians 4:6-7, it says, "Don't worry about anything, but in everything, through prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus." So, let's keep bringing this to God in prayer, trusting that He hears us and will provide according to His will.

If it's His will for you to continue at your favorite company, we ask that He softens the hearts of those involved in the hiring process. But above all, we're praying for God's will to be done in your life. Trust in Him, and be patient as you wait on His timing.

Prayer Focus: God, Thank You for loving me. Thank You for loving me, Jesus. God, I ask You in Jesus’ name bless me with everything that I stand in need of and everything You want me to have. Bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, soul, mind, and strength and never fall out of love with You. Bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, and Your righteousness. Help and strengthen me God to always respect and obey You. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, acknowledge You in all my ways, and lean not to my own understanding.

God heal me. Deliver and cleansed me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. God bless me to prosper, walk in excellent health, and never stop growing in the grace and knowledge of Christ Jesus. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God solution focused heart, mind, spirit, and attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God, all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, and all those I love and care about. God, please forever honor this prayer over each of our lives. God Thank You. Amen, so be it by faith, and by faith, it is so.
