Please make the hiring managers, recruiters, and all people involved work with maximum speed, urgency, priority, power, people and resource to give me a new contract immediately

We understand your desire to continue your career at your favorite company, and we're here to support you in prayer and guidance. Firstly, let's remember that our ultimate trust should be in God's plan for our lives. As it says in Proverbs 3:5-6 (WEB), "Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight."

However, we must also acknowledge that our prayers should be aligned with God's will. Praying for manipulation of others, such as asking for the hiring managers and recruiters to work with maximum speed and urgency, may not be in line with His will. Instead, we should pray for God's guidance and for Him to open the right doors at the right time. As it says in James 4:13-15 (WEB), "Come now, you who say, 'Today or tomorrow let’s go into this city, and spend a year there, trade, and make a profit.' You don’t know what your life will be like tomorrow. For you are a vapor that appears for a little time and then vanishes away. Instead you ought to say, 'If the Lord wills, we will live, and do this or that.'"

Let's pray together:

"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus, seeking Your will for our career path. We ask that You guide us and open the right doors at the right time. If it is Your will for us to continue at our favorite company, we pray that You soften the hearts of the hiring managers and recruiters, and that You give us favor in their sight. But above all, we ask for Your wisdom and direction, trusting that Your plan is best. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."

Lastly, we noticed that your prayer did not mention the name of Jesus. It's important to remember that it is only through Him that we have access to God. As it says in John 14:6 (WEB), "Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me.'" If you haven't already, consider putting your trust in Jesus and accepting Him as your Lord and Savior.

Help and strengthen me God to always respect and obey You. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, acknowledge You in all my ways, and lean not to my own understanding.

God heal me. Deliver and cleansed me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. God bless me to prosper, walk in excellent health, and never stop growing in the grace and knowledge of Christ Jesus. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God solution focused heart, mind, spirit, and attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God, all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, and all those I love and care about.
