God has given us this seal, the Holy Spirit, for the day of redemption
Ephesians 4:30
Do not grieve the Holy Spirit of God, by whom you were sealed for the day of redemption.
It's the seal of the living God set on Jesus as well as on us as His ownership.
John 6:27
" eternal life, which the Son of Man will give to you, for on Him the Father, God, has set His seal.
2 Corinthians 1:22
set his seal of ownership on us, and put his Spirit in our hearts as a deposit, guaranteeing what is to come.
Revelation 7:21
saw another angel ascending from the rising of the sun, having the seal of the living God,
Seal is on our forehead
Revelation 7:3-4
saying, "Do not harm the earth or the sea or the trees until we have sealed the bond-servants of our God on their foreheads." And I heard the number of those who were sealed, one hundred and forty-four thousand sealed from every tribe of the sons of Israel:
Revelation 22:4
they will see His face, and His name will be on their foreheads.
Ezekiel 9:4
and said to him, “Go throughout the city of Jerusalem and put a mark on the foreheads of those who grieve and lament over all the detestable things that are done in it.”
This seal is to protect God's people.

Slaughter the old men, the young men and women, the mothers and children, but do not touch anyone who has the mark. Begin at my sanctuary.”
No sparing of anyone who are enjoying a sinful life.
Alertness is necessary to keep the Spirit always burning.

The foolish ones had no oil. ( Holy Spirit) They were not allowed inside. The door was closed
Why it happened to them?
They were lazy. Sleeping was their priority.
Proverbs 10:4-5
Lazy hands make for poverty,
Proverbs 20:13
Do not love sleep, lest you come to poverty;
( poverty of God's Spirit )
What St. Paul says about keeping the Holy Spirit burning in us?
1 Thessalonians 5:17-19
Pray without ceasing.
In every thing give thanks: for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus concerning you.
Quench not the Spirit.
We also get Holy Spirit by hearing the message of truth, the word of God.
Ephesians 1: 13,14
And you also were included in Christ when you heard the message of truth, the gospel of your salvation. When you believed, you were marked in him with a seal, the promised Holy Spirit, 14 who is a deposit guaranteeing our inheritance until the redemption of those who are God’s possession—to the praise of his glory
John 3:8
The wind blows wherever it pleases. You hear its sound, but you cannot tell where it comes from or where it is going. So it is with everyone born of the Spirit.”
What does all these mean?
Those who receive the mark of the beast will be thrown into the lake of fire and be forever destroyed, and will miss out on an eternal life of pure joy with the LORD. But those who receive the seal of God will inherit this eternal life of joy!
