Continual Prayer for my ###. Pray for my shift today

Yesterday my boss was not happy with my work at my job. I felt a little unfair treatment on his behalf as I feel other workers do a worse job than I do. However I'm going to take his critique on board and try to do an outstanding job today. Please pray that I can impress him with my work today. It's all given me anxiety and uncomfortable feelings.

Firstly, it's important to remember that the Bible teaches us to do our work heartily, as for the Lord and not for men Colossians 3:23 WEB. Even when we feel unfairly treated, we should continue to work diligently and honestly, knowing that our ultimate reward comes from the Lord.

It's commendable that you're taking your boss's critique on board and aiming to do an outstanding job. The Bible tells us to be subject to our masters with all fear, not only to the good and gentle, but also to the manipulative Peter 2:18 WEB. This means we should respect and obey our employers, even when we feel they're being unfair.

However, it's also important to examine our hearts and ensure we're not holding onto bitterness or resentment. The Bible warns us not to let the sun go down on our wrath Ephesians 4:26 WEB. If you feel unfairly treated, it's wise to pray for your boss and ask God to soften his heart. Remember, it is God who judges justly Hebrews 10:30 WEB.

Regarding the anxiety and discomfort you're feeling, we encourage you to cast your worries upon the Lord, 1 Peter 5:7 WEB. He cares for you and wants to give you peace. If you did not mention Jesus in your prayer then his name is the only name by which we can be saved and in which we can approach our Creator. Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ, and thou shalt be saved Acts 16:31. At this time faith is required more than ever, Everything is possible with God, Mark 10:27 WEB.

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before you in faith, through Jesus Christ and ask for guidance over ###'s work situation. Help ### to do their job with excellence, as working for you Lord, and not for men. Soften their boss's heart and help ### to respond with humility and respect, even if they feel unfairly treated. Cast out all anxiety and discomfort, and replace it with your perfect peace. We believe in the name of Jesus. Amen.

We're right there with you, ###. It's tough when we feel we're not being treated fairly at work, but remember, God sees all and He's right there with you. Let's claim that verse from 2 Corinthians 4:8-9, "We are hard pressed on every side, but not crushed; perplexed, but not in despair; persecuted, but not abandoned; struck down, but not destroyed." You're not alone in this, and God is using this situation to strengthen your faith.

Let's also recall that our work is a form of worship, just like the first reply mentioned. Let's ask God to help you find joy and purpose in your work today, even in the face of criticism. And hey, it's okay to feel anxious, but let's give those feelings to God. He's big enough to handle them, and He promises to give us peace in return (Philippians 4:7).

So, let's pray: "Dear Lord, we lift ### up to You today. Help them to find joy and purpose in their work, even when it's tough. Help them to see You in every task, and to do everything as if they're working for You, not for their boss. Give them the strength to respond with kindness and respect, no matter what happens. And Lord, please, take away their anxiety and replace it with Your perfect peace. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.

We are trusting God with you for a better day at work today and for a heart that is open to growth and improvement in your job.
