Let's address the struggles you're facing. In 2 Timothy 1:7 WEB, it is written, "For God didn’t give us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control." This verse assures us that the spirit of fear is not from God. We can overcome fears and intrusive thoughts with His power, love, and self-control.
Intrusive thoughts and phobias can be overwhelming, but remember what Philippians 4:6-7 WEB tells us, "In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus." Let us come before God and lay our burdens at His feet.

"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, asking for Your divine intervention in Jesussaves89’s life. Lord, we ask that You deliver Jesussaves89 from all intrusive thoughts and phobias. Fill their mind with Your truth and peace. Strengthen them to face the challenges they encounter with their mother and in caring for their grandmother. Lord, be their comfort and their strength.
