Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before you in the name of Jesus, lifting up the prayer request of Thardramor for the construction of the Church house of God. Lord, we acknowledge that you are the ultimate builder and architect of our lives and of your Church. We thank you for the privilege of being your remembrancers, reminding you of your promises and seeking your will to be done on earth as it is in heaven.
Father, we pray for your divine guidance and provision in every step of this construction project. We ask for your wisdom to be upon those involved in the planning, designing, and execution of the Church house. May they be led by your Spirit and make decisions that align with your perfect will.
Lord, we pray for an abundance of grace upon the Church. Pour out your Holy Spirit upon this place of worship, that it may be a beacon of light and a source of hope for all who enter its doors. Protect it from any schemes of the enemy and let nothing hinder the work that you have ordained.
We also lift up all the members of the Church, that they may strive to be holy in all aspects of their lives. Help them to maintain a constant communion with you, through prayer and the reading of your Word. Equip them with the spiritual armor needed to withstand the battles of life and to be effective witnesses of your love and truth.
Father, we pray not only for this specific Church but for all churches around the world. We ask that you revive those where the Gospel is not preached, that darkness may be replaced with your glorious light. Open the hearts of ministers who do not know or preach the truth, that they may be transformed by your grace and lead their congregations in the way of righteousness.
We thank you, Lord, for the examples of transformed lives throughout history. Just as you changed the hearts of Paul, Luther, Latimer, and Thomas Scott, we believe that nothing is impossible for you. We trust in your power to bring about the growth and prosperity of your Church.
In Jesus' name, we pray, amen.
