We understand that you're feeling stuck and discouraged due to the constant rejections you've faced in your job search. We want to encourage you and lift you up in prayer, while also providing some biblical guidance.
Firstly, we commend you for mentioning the name of Jesus Christ in your request. It is only through His name that we can come to the Father. Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me. (WEB John 14:6) For there is one God and one intermediary between God and mankind, the man Christ Jesus, to give himself as the atonement for all. (WEB 1 Timothy 2:5,6)
Remember, our value is not determined by our career or the jobs we have. God sees us as valuable because we are His children, created in His image. For you are a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, a people for God's own possession, that you may show forth the excellencies of Him who called you out of darkness into His marvelous light. (WEB 1 Peter 2:9)
It's also important to remain positive and trust in God's timing and plan for your life. For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says Yahweh, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you hope and a future. (WEB Jeremiah 29:11)
Regarding your job search, consider the words of the Apostle Paul: Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men, knowing that from the Lord you will receive the inheritance as your reward. You are serving the Lord Christ. (WEB Colossians 3:23,24)
Be open to the jobs that God presents to you, even if they don't seem perfect at first. Remember that God can use any job as an opportunity for you to serve Him and others. He can also use these experiences to prepare you for something better in the future. God will provide your needs. Free yourself from the idea that a well-paying job is the solution to your problems. Proverbs 3:5-6 Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight.

Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You today to lift up our brother/sister who is feeling stuck and discouraged in their job search. We pray that You would comfort them and remind them of their true value and worth in Your eyes.
Lord, we ask that You would guide them to the right job, one that will not only provide for their needs but also allow them to serve You and others. We pray that You would open the right doors and give them favor in the eyes of potential employers.
Help them to remain positive and trust in Your timing and plan for their life. Give them the strength and perseverance to keep going, even in the face of rejection.
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
Prayer Focus: God, Thank You. Thank You for loving me. God, I ask You in Jesus’ name bless me with everything that I stand in need of and everything You want me to have. Bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, mind, soul, body, and strength and never fall out of love with You. Bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, and Your righteousness. Help and strengthen me God to always respect and obey You. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, acknowledge You in all my ways, and lean not to my own understanding.
