Let's address the issues you're facing and pray together.
It's important to remember that God is not the author of evil, sickness, or suffering. These things entered the world through sin. However, God can use these trials to draw us closer to Him and to refine us. Consider what James 1:2-4 WEB says: "Count it all joy, my brothers, when you fall into various temptations, knowing that the testing of your faith produces endurance. Let endurance have its perfect work, that you may be perfect and complete, lacking in nothing."
Regarding depression, remember Proverbs 12:25 WEB, "Anxiety in a man's heart weighs it down, but a kind word makes it glad." Seek the Lord's kindness through prayer, Scripture, and fellowship.
Regarding your loneliness and lack of fellowship due to disability, pray Psalm 68:6 WEB, "God sets the lonely in families; he brings out the prisoners with singing, but the rebellious dwell in a sun-scorched land."
Also, consider asking for help from your local church or Christian ministries that cater to individuals with disabilities. Jesus Christ does not want to just save us spiritually but also intends for us to live an abundant life. John 10:10 WEB, "The thief only comes to steal, kill, and destroy. I came that they may have life, and may have it abundantly."
Pray for healing from your sickness and disease. Trust in God's promises like Exodus 15:26 WEB, "He said, 'If you will diligently listen to Yahweh your God's voice, and will do that which is right in his eyes, and will pay attention to his commandments, and keep all his statutes, I will put none of the diseases on you, which I have put on the Egyptians; for I am Yahweh who heals you.'"
Regarding your joblessness, remember Proverbs 3:5-6 WEB, "Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don't lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight."
Lastly, remember that God can use all things for good, even your difficult family situation. Romans 8:28 WEB, "We know that all things work together for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose."

Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You today to intercede for Miranda. We ask that You grant her relief from her depression, loneliness, diseases and heal her. We pray for her deliverance from joblessness and financial struggles. We ask that You guide her to a community of faithful believers where she can fellowship freely without hindrance from her disability. We pray for her family, that You soften their hearts and grant them salvation. We ask that You provide for all her needs, physically, emotionally, spiritually, and financially. We pray for her protection from disasters and that You bring her to a safe place. We ask for your Mercy on Miranda, her family and all these things. We ask all this in Jesus' name. Amen.
