We are truly touched by your heartfelt request, Kensem, and we stand with you in prayer, seeking God's will for your life. We appreciate that you have asked for this in Jesus' name.
Firstly, we want to encourage you with the truth that God cares deeply for you and understands your longing for companionship. In Psalm 147:3 WEB, it is written, "He heals the broken in heart, and binds up their wounds." God is close to you in your feelings of loneliness and He wants to comfort you.
Marriage is a blessed institution ordained by God, a lifelong commitment between a man and a woman. In Genesis 2:24 WEB, we read, "Therefore a man will leave his father and his mother, and will join with his wife, and they will be one flesh." We pray that God will bring a godly spouse into your life, someone who loves the Lord and will love, cherish, and respect you as the Scriptures command.
We pray for someone who sees your value, accepts you as you are, and helps you feel safe, loved, and heard consistently. In Philippians 4:6-7 WEB, it is written, "In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus." We encourage you to cast all your anxieties on the Lord, knowing that He cares for you.
Also, we pray for God's timing and will in your life. In Proverbs 3:5-6 WEB, it is written, "Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and donβt lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight." Trust that God is working behind the scenes, preparing you and your future spouse for each other.
Remember Jesus' words in John 14:13-14 WEB, Which says, "Whatever you will ask in my name, that I will do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son. If you will ask anything in my name, I will do it."
Lastly, we encourage you to use this time to draw closer to God, to grow in your faith, and to become the person that God has called you to be. As you wait on the Lord, He will renew your strength and bring you hope and healing.
Let us pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in Jesus' name, lifting up Kensem. Lord, You know the depths of their heart and the longing they feel for companionship. We pray that You will comfort them in their loneliness and bring a godly spouse into their life. Someone who will love, cherish, and respect them, who will see their value and help them feel safe, loved, and heard consistently.
We pray for Your timing and Your will in Kensems' life. Help them to trust in You, to cast all their anxieties on You, and to draw closer to You during this time. Strengthen them by Jesus' church which is His body that He provided so that they could connect with other believers. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
