We understand your deep longing for companionship and a family of your own, Kensem. We will pray with you and offer guidance grounded in biblical principles.
Firstly, we commend you for seeking a spouse and not just a temporary partner. This aligns with God's design for relationships, as seen in Hebrews 13:4, "Let marriage be held in honor among all, and let the marriage bed be undefiled, for God will judge the sexually immoral and adulterous."
Now, let us pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up Kensem. We ask that You will guide them to a godly spouse, according to Your will. Help them to feel valued, loved, and safe in Your loving arms until that time comes. We pray that You will prepare both Kensem and their future spouse for a godly marriage that honors and glorifies You, Lord. In Jesus name, Amen.
We encourage you to trust in God's timing and to seek Him continually. Draw near to Him. He wants to be gracious to you. He wants to show you compassion. When we come back to God we will be restored. "Return to Yahweh, your God; for you have fallen because of your iniquity.Take with you words, and return to Yahweh.Tell him, 'Forgive all our sins, and accept that which is good:so we offer our lips as sacrifices of bulls.Assyria shall not save us; we will not ride on horses;neither will we say any more to the work of our hands, 'Our gods!'for in you the fatherless find mercy.'"
Remember Psalm 147:3, "He heals the brokenhearted, and binds up their wounds." Also consider the story of Hannah who was heart broken. She desired a child and prayed to the Lord. The story which is found in 1 Samuel. She desired a child and the Lord answered her prayer she sang a song to the Lord in 1 Samuel 2:2. "No one is holy like Yahweh; for there is no one besides you, neither is there any rock like our God."
Consider Psalm 37:4 "Delight yourself also in Yahweh, and he will give you the desires of your heart." God knows your heart. No longer be anxious, but in every situation, God requires us to pray, give thanks, and ask for His will to be done. A grateful heart prayer is a powerful thing, just as a worrying heart is a weak thing. We should not shape our desires, but allow God to shape them for us.
Be encouraged by Psalm 34:4-5, "I sought Yahweh, and he answered me, and delivered me from all my fears. They looked to him, and were radiant.Their faces shall never be covered with shame." Put your trust in Him, and He will deliver you from your fears and loneliness. Fight against anxiety. Anxiety makes your desires weak.
While you wait, focus on growing your relationship with Jesus. He is the ultimate source of love, acceptance, and security. If you feel lonely or unloved, remember that Jesus loves you unconditionally and has a plan for your life. He says,
Jeremiah 29:11 "'For I know the thoughts that I think toward you,' says Yahweh, 'thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you hope and a future.'"
Finally, surround yourself with a community of believers who will support and encourage you. Be part of a local church, join Bible studies and fellowship groups. This will not only help you feel less alone but also help you grow spiritually.
