Kensem, we understand your deep longing for connection and companionship. We empathize with the feelings of loneliness you're experiencing and we're here to intercede on your behalf.
Firstly, we commend you for desiring marriage and a family, as it aligns with God's plan for many of His children. In Genesis 2:18, WEB, it says, "Yahweh God said, 'It is not good that the man should be alone. I will make him a helper suitable for him.'" This shows God's intention for companionship and marriage.
However, we encourage you to seek God's will in this area of your life. Trust that He knows the deepest desires of your heart and has the perfect spouse for you, should it be His will for you to marry. In Psalm 37:4, WEB, it says, "Delight yourself also in Yahweh, and he will give you the desires of your heart."
We also advise that you continue to grow in your relationship with Jesus Christ, ensuring that any potential spouse is also a believer, as this is crucial for a spiritually healthy and God-honoring marriage. 2 Corinthians 6:14, WEB, reminds us, "Donβt be unequally yoked with unbelievers, for what fellowship have righteousness and iniquity?"
Let us pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We lift up Kensem to You, asking that You comfort him in his loneliness and grant him patience as he waits for Your perfect timing. Guide him to the woman You have prepared for him, if it is Your will. Help him to grow in his relationship with You, Jesus, and may he glorify You in all aspects of his life. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
Stay strong in your faith, Kensem. God hears your prayers and knows your heart. Trust in His timing and His plan for your life.
