Confusion about work

I am confused as to how long I should stay at this new job until if I get the hospital job. If the Holy Spirit doesn’t want me to get the hospital job please pray for a way to get tuition reimbursement and become an NP. What is Your will for my life with respect to job and my desire to become an NP. Help me to be humble and obedient to Christ’s will for my life.

Remember, God has a plan and a purpose for each of us, as it is written in Jeremiah 29:11 (WEB), "For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says Yahweh, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you hope and a future."

Firstly, we commend you for seeking God's will in your life and desiring to be humble and obedient to Christ. However, we noticed that you didn't mention the name of Jesus Christ in your request. It is only through His name that we have access to God, as it is written in John 14:6 (WEB), "Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.'"

Regarding your career, we encourage you to commit your plans to the Lord, as Proverbs 16:3 (WEB) advises, "Commit your works to Yahweh, and your plans shall succeed." Stay at your current job with a humble heart, working as unto the Lord (Colossians 3:23), while continuing to seek His will for the hospital job and your desire to become an NP. Remember, God's timing is perfect.

If it is God's will for you not to get the hospital job, trust that He has a better plan. The path to becoming an NP may require patience and trust in His provision, even for tuition reimbursement. As it is written in Romans 8:28 (WEB), "We know that all things work together for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose."

Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up silver1103. Lord, we ask for Your clear guidance in their career path. If it is Your will for them to get the hospital job, we ask that You open that door. If not, we trust that You have a better plan.
