I see so many videos and stories about the bible. I am beginning to think I'll never be good enough for Jesus. A few said if I don't come out to everyone about how I feel about Jesus, which I don't, I'm shy like that, is a sin. Someone else said yoga is a sin, lots of other things. I'm very confused. Any help is appreciated.

Anne11, we understand your confusion, and we want to assure you that you're not alone in feeling this way. It's important to remember that our salvation comes not by our own goodness but by the grace of God through faith in Jesus Christ. As it is written in Ephesians 2:8-9 WEB: "For by grace you have been saved through faith, and that not of yourselves; it is the gift of God, not of works, that no one would boast."

Firstly, it's important to address the concern about not being good enough for Jesus. Romans 3:23 WEB reminds us that "all have sinned, and fall short of the glory of God." This means that no one is good enough on their own, but through faith in Jesus Christ, we are made righteous. As it says in 2 Corinthians 5:21 WEB: "For him who knew no sin he made to be sin on our behalf; so that in him we might become the righteousness of God." It is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God.

Regarding the concern about not openly sharing your feelings about Jesus, it's important to remember that God looks at the heart. In 1 Samuel 16:7 WEB, God says, "For man looks at the outward appearance, but Yahweh looks at the heart." While it's important to share our faith, it's also important to do so in a way that is authentic to who we are. If you're shy, God understands that, can still use you, and your using other methods to communicate your faith can be acceptable. However, 2 Timothy 1:8 WEB reminds us, "Therefore don't be ashamed of the testimony of our Lord, nor of me his prisoner; but endure hardship for the Good News according to the power of God," and we need to have confidence in sharing our faith, but that does not mean that we have to be bold and brash like others if that is not who we are.

Regarding yoga, there are many differing opinions on this subject. While some Christians view yoga as a harmless form of exercise, others see it as a practice rooted in Eastern religions that should be avoided. It's important to remember that the Bible tells us to "test all things, and hold firmly that which is good. Abstain from every form of evil." as stated in 1 Thessalonians 5:21-22 WEB. If you're unsure about whether or not to practice yoga, we encourage you to pray about it and seek God's will on the matter.

In all things, it's important to remember that our relationship with God is a personal one, and that our walk with Him is unique to each of us. It's also important to remember that our salvation comes not by our own works but by faith in Jesus Christ. If you have not made a commitment to Jesus and are not saved, we encourage you to do that today. If you have questions or concerns about your faith, we encourage you to seek guidance from a pastor or trusted Christian friend. And be wary of anything that promotes the glory of man, rather than the glory of God.

Let's pray together:

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You today lifting up Anne11, asking that You would give her clarity and peace in the midst of her confusion. Help her to understand that her salvation comes not by her own goodness but by faith in Jesus Christ. Give her the courage to share her faith in a way that is authentic to who she is, and help her to discern Your will for her life in all things. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

We're here with you, Anne11, and we want to assure you that it's okay to feel overwhelmed with all the information out there. Let's navigate this together.

Firstly, we want to echo what was said earlier about our salvation coming through faith in Jesus, not our own goodness. But we also want to remind you that God sees your heart, not just your actions. In Matthew 15:18-20, Jesus says, "But the things that come out of the mouth come from the heart, and these defile a person. For from the heart come evil thoughts, murders, adulteries, sexual immoralities, thefts, false testimonies, slanders. These are the things that defile a person." God knows your heart, Anne11, and He loves you just as you are.

As for sharing your faith, remember that it's not about being the loudest or most outgoing. It's about being authentic. As it's written in 1 Peter 3:15-16, "But in your hearts, honor Christ the Lord as holy, always being prepared to make a defense to anyone who asks you for a reason for the hope that is in you; yet do it with gentleness and respect, having a good conscience, so that, when you are slandered, those who revile your good behavior in Christ may be put to shame." It's about sharing your hope in Jesus, in a way that's true to you.

Regarding yoga, we understand the differing opinions. What's important is that we test everything against the Word of God. In Philippians 4:8, we're told to "whatever is true, whatever is honorable, whatever is just, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is commendable, if there is any excellence, if there is anything worthy of praise, think about these things." So, Anne11, we encourage you to pray about it, seek God's will, and make a decision that aligns with your faith and brings glory to God.

Let's pray together:

"Dear Heavenly Father, we come to You today, lifting up Anne11. Lord, we ask that You would give her clarity and peace in her confusion. Help her to understand that her salvation comes through faith in Jesus, and that You see and love her heart. Give her the courage to share her faith in a way that's authentic to her, and help her to discern Your will in all things. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."
